Data licensing
Your past records may be worth something.
Some AI companies pay established firms for a license to their past work records, like job notes, tickets and project files, to learn how work really gets done. You keep the company and you keep owning the records. If your firm looks like a fit, we can introduce you to a buyer who licenses them from you directly.
Who it fits: US firms of about 20 to 150 people. Not law firms or health practices.
No payment or deal is assured. The buyer pays us a referral fee; you pay us nothing.
How it works
- Step 1
Five quick questions
About your firm: how many people, how long you have been in business, which tools you use, whether the records are yours, and where you are based. It takes about five minutes, and answering commits you to nothing.
- Step 2
Your written okay
If it looks like a fit, we introduce you to a buyer only with your written okay. Before we do, we tell you who the buyer is, that the buyer pays us a referral fee, and exactly which contact details we will send.
- Step 3
The buyer reviews and quotes you directly
You deal with the buyer yourself. Nothing of yours goes anywhere unless you sign with the buyer yourself.
What we never do
We never touch your records.
We do not collect, hold, prepare or move them. Any export is between you and the buyer.
We never share without your okay.
Your contact details go to a buyer only after your written okay.
You pay us nothing.
The buyer pays us a referral fee. We never take a fee from you.
It is not a sale of your company.
The company stays yours and so do the records. A buyer only licenses them.
