Terms

These terms cover the free assessment offered by Soramis and your use of www.soramis.com. Our mailing address is 7111 W Alameda Ave, Ste J #4087, Lakewood, CO 80226, USA. In these terms, "we" means Soramis and "you" means the business taking the assessment and the person booking it for that business.

What the assessment includes

The assessment has three parts:

• A 45-minute discovery call. We ask how work moves through your business. We record it (see below).
• A written plan. It names the one place we think AI would help your business most. It also holds a handful of recommendations your team can act on. Each has a tool card with the tool, what it costs and the date we checked that price. It also holds the first steps, an estimate of the hours each recommendation should save, and a test for each so you can check whether it worked.
• A 30-minute review call. We walk through the plan with you and answer your questions.

The plan is built from what you tell us on the call and from the vendors' own published pages. It is not an audit. We do not look at your books or your systems.

Timing

We send your plan within 4 business days of the discovery call, and we hold the review call after you have it. If a call moves, the dates after it move with it. If we will miss the 4 business day date, we tell you before it passes and give you a new date.

Price

The assessment is free. There is no charge for the discovery call, the plan or the review call, and we do not ask for payment when you book. Tool prices named in the plan are the vendors' own and are not part of the assessment.

What is not included

• Setting up, buying or running any of the tools in the plan. Implementation is not part of the assessment.
• Builds and services. Building a tool for your team, keeping it working, or running work for you are separate services, each under its own written agreement and price before any work starts. Taking the assessment does not commit you to any of them.
• Legal, tax, accounting, employment or financial advice. If a recommendation touches one of these, check it with your own advisor.

Recording the call

We record and transcribe every discovery call, because the recording is what your plan is built from. We tell you when you book and again at the start of the call, and by joining the call you agree to the recording. If you or anyone joining cannot be recorded, tell us before the call. Anything you show on screen during a recorded call becomes part of the recording, so please do not show passwords or information you would not want recorded. The recording and transcript are processed with recording, transcription and AI services; our Privacy page explains how they are handled.

No passwords or account access

We never ask for your passwords, logins or access to your accounts during an assessment. Everything we need comes from the conversation. If you later ask us to build a tool or run a service, work in your accounts starts only after a written agreement, including data terms, is signed. We then work only on accounts you create for us, and you can switch them off at any time.

Estimates and third-party tools

• Hours saved and dollar figures in the plan are estimates. They are built from the numbers you give us and are labeled as estimates, with the math shown. They are not measured savings, and your results depend on how your business puts the recommendations to work.
• Vendors change their prices and features. We date every price we quote. Check the current price with the vendor before you buy.
• If you sign up for a tool, your agreement is with that vendor, not with us. We are not responsible for a vendor's product, service, pricing or data handling.
• Tool names in the plan and on this site belong to their owners. Naming a tool does not mean the vendor endorses us or that we have a deal with them.

Your plan

Once we send it, the plan is yours to use and share inside your business. We keep the rights to our own templates, methods and wording, and we may reuse them for other clients without your information in them. We will not publish your plan or name your business without your written permission.

Limits on our liability

We do the work carefully and in good faith. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for the assessment is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for intentional or gross fault.

The assessment is offered to businesses. If the law treats you as a consumer, the consumer protection rights you have under that law still apply, and nothing in these terms takes them away.

Using this website

You may read and share the pages on this site. Please do not copy the site to offer as your own, try to break or overload the site, or send us automated or false booking requests.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The terms in place when you book are the ones that apply to your assessment, unless we both agree in writing to change them.
